It usually concludes with the submission of a planning application supported by clear drawings and a well-considered strategy.
Detail
Once the design is established, the focus shifts to precision.
Every junction, material and proportion is carefully resolved so the building can be constructed with confidence. Technical drawings and specifications are prepared, allowing the project to be accurately priced and built.
At this stage we coordinate closely with engineers and specialist consultants, ensuring every part of the building works together.
This is where architecture, craft and sustainability come together — shaping a home that is efficient, comfortable and built to last.
Deliver
Construction is where the project becomes reality.
During this stage we work closely with the contractor and wider team, monitoring progress and quality to ensure the building reflects the vision developed during design.
Our role is to guide the process and represent your interests throughout the build. We resolve questions, review key decisions and ensure the work proceeds with clarity and care.
From foundations to finishes, we remain closely involved so the completed home reflects the intention, attention and craftsmanship that shaped it.
